Avidlove Deep V Lace Teddy

It came back from three washes with the leg elastic still flat, which is more than we can say for two pieces that cost four times as much. Cups run about half a size small. Size up if you are between sizes or long through the torso.

How we actually work

We don't stock anything, ship anything or sell anything. We buy pieces at full price from the same places you do, and we keep the receipts.

  1. 1We order the pieces ourselves, usually four to six at a time, in the size the brand's own chart tells us to buy.
  2. 2Everything gets measured flat and then on the body: underbust, torso length, how far the gusset travels when both arms go up.
  3. 3Anything we recommend goes through three cold hand washes first. Lace that curls or elastic that ripples is disqualifying.
  4. 4The rest goes back. No brand sees a word before it publishes, and nobody pays for a placement. If we get fit advice wrong, we correct the page and say what changed.

Frequently Asked

About teddy lingerie.

What is a teddy in lingerie?
One piece, bust to hip, with a snap closure at the gusset. Think of it as a bodysuit that was designed to be seen rather than worn under a t-shirt. Lace, mesh and satin are the usual fabrics, and plenty of people sleep in theirs.
What is the best teddy lingerie brand in 2026?
Nobody wins that argument outright. Avidlove and Oh La La Cheri hold up best at the $25 to $45 end, and Dita Von Teese and Fleur du Mal earn their $180 to $280 through cup construction rather than prettier lace. Fit matters more than the label on the tag.
How should a teddy fit?
Raise both arms. If the gusset climbs or the cups gape at the top edge, the torso length is wrong for you, not the size. Straps should adjust to roughly two fingers of slack. Nearly every brand we order from runs about half a size small.
Are teddies good for plus-size bodies?
They are, once you stop buying graded-up straight-size patterns. What you want is a wider gusset, a real back closure or wide adjustable straps, and stretch lace with at least 15% elastane. We cover picks through 4X.
What's the difference between a teddy and a bodysuit?
Intent, mostly. A bodysuit is built to survive being pulled up and down under jeans, so the fabric is opaque and the snaps are reinforced. A teddy is sheerer, daintier and not really meant for an eight-hour day.
Where's the best place to buy teddy lingerie online?
Amazon, if price and speed are the priority, and every pick on our lists links straight to a listing. Buying direct from a premium brand usually gets you a better size chart and a return window that does not expire in 14 days.
